Transfer
Welcome to Ivy Tech Community College-Wabash Valley. Ivy Tech students have
the opportunity to transfer credit to over 4,000 institutions around the country!
However, students planning to transfer should always work closely with their
academic advisors during course registration. The receiving institution
(institution where you plan to graduate) makes the final decisions regarding
acceptance and application of transfer course credits. Students are strongly
urged to consult appropriate representatives at the receiving institutions.
Careful planning will minimize transfer problems. Please contact the Transfer
Coordinator in the Student Success Center at 812-298-2281/800-377-2554 for assistance.
Local students can obtain transfer material at the Student Success Center or by
checking the Transfer Bulletin Board (outside Office of Admission) for
scheduled visits from representatives of Indiana State University, Indiana
University, Ball State University, Purdue University, Saint Mary-of-the-Woods
College, and other Indiana four-year schools. Students at a distance can
obtain information directly from the Transfer Coordinator at 812-298-2417.
