Emergency Contact
If you are having a mental health emergency there are a few guidelines you should observe. The most important of these is to make sure you get in contact with a trained professional who can help you through your crisis. Below is a list of resources to help you reach a professional. If the first one is not available move to the next one down the list, if that one is not available continue further down, at least one of these resources will always be available to you at any time of the day or night.
