Registrar
The Registrar's office manages student records and registration, graduation, and similar functions. Students can access much of their information and register, drop or add courses and perform other records related tasks on line or by the telephone. Please follow the links on the left side of this page.
DROP POLICY
All students who are not in a paid, arranged to pay or a “z” code status will be dropped from classes by the dates listed in the below schedule. Once dropped, students may not attend class or be graded. If a student is in an arranged to pay or “z” code status and has not paid or is not current with the payment schedule by the last date for withdrawal, the student shall be withdrawn from the class, and the tuition balance is still due and payable.
Any individual student exceptions to the above policy must be approved in writing by the Chancellor.

Note: In the event there is a term length not identified by the above categories, the Region will follow the guidelines of the next shorter term length.
