Request for Work-Study Online Application
What is Federal Work-Study?
The Federal Work-Study program provides jobs for students with financial need, allowing them to earn money to help pay educational expenses. Employment opportunities for Ivy Tech students are primarily on our campuses. There are some opportunities available at community agencies as well.
Can I Apply for These Positions?
Not everyone is eligible for Work-Study positions. You must meet the federal financial guidelines. Click the Request for Work-Study Online Eligibility Application and submit the required information. Note: You must first complete the Free Application forFederal Student Aid (FAFSA).
What Happens After I Submit the Eligibility Application?
You will be notified by financial aid about your qualification and will receive information on how to continue the application process. If you are eligible, you will be referred to Career Services to attend a Job Readiness Training where you will find out more information on how to apply. If you are not eligible, Career Services can assist you with a job search for positions outside of Ivy Tech.
